As we continue to grow, we need to ensure that there are available appointments to the patients that need it. After much consideration, we have decided to require a $95 non-refundable down payment per new patient appointment.
These funds will be in your account to use towards a copay, deductible, treatment, etc. charge. Failure to show up to an appointment, or cancelling without a 24 hour notice will forfeit these funds.
To our existing patients:
At this time we are not requiring follow up down payments but the usual cancellation fee applies. It could be that in the future we make down payments a requirement for follow ups as well. We’re booked out many weeks ahead, so make arrangements to attend your appointment when scheduling.
